Waiver Re-Design: The Names of Waivers are Changing!

Important Changes for Consumer-Directed Attendant Hours
Effective June 30, 2016 Attendants will no longer be paid overtime for hours worked over 40. If a timesheet is submitted after June 30th for the pay period between January 1 and June 29, the attendant will be eligible for overtime and it will be paid accordingly. Remember, these changes apply to the dates of service, not the date the time sheet is submitted. Attendants will only be paid up to 40 hours for one Employer of Record (EOR).
